hokey dokey. Here's how the playoff series stand right now.

National League

Houston/Atlanta - tied a game a piece.

St. Louis/San Diego - Cards up 2-0.

American League

New York/L.A. - Tied a game a piece.

Boston/Chicago - Chicago up 2-0.

I smell a sweep of the BoSox. They're gonna have to face Freddie Garcia in game 3. That guy is filthy.

I don't think Boston's going to win the series but at the same time, I don't see them giving up a sweep so easily.

Braves will take the NL...my prediction.

They looked like the bejesus last night. Smoltzie was totally on and, I must say, the Braves have two HUGE things going for them that over the course of 20 years watching them I have never seen in the post season:

1. Obscenely incredible defensive stats: out and in.

2. Reallllllllyyy good rookies. I mean wow GOOD players i.e. Francoeur and McCann.

It'll be fun to watch the rest of the Houston series.

Just supporting the home team. Go Braves!

My smeller was right.

Boston got swept. 5-3 was the final.

Chicago wins their first playoff series in over 80 years.

Bwahaha, the Yankees lost again. That puts the Angel up 2-1. Not that I particularly like the Angels, but I take a perverse pleasure in watching the Yankees fail. *evil grin*

Sorry, had to get that out...Though I'm kind of sad that they got eliminated because a Yankees' and Boston match-up is always exciting. Staying up for extra innings is fun!

I'm still kinda worried about mah Yanks

But, I can't make assumptions yet, they may be down, but not out!

Omg, Yanks' game is on now...how nerve-racking!!! I'm gonna try to stay up as long as I can for the game. Hehe, when they were going to the commercial break for the top of the first inning, they played BMTL

I thought that was cool, Ev and Yanks, two of my favorite things

Anyways, GO YANKS!!
