Well 13 days left until i can own a copy... finally!
I've been keeping myself occupied just buying more music and school, so the wait has eased off me a little. I'm going to be very pleased to add another evanescence cd to my collection, and now I don't have to over play fallen, or watch ABH all the time. I'm really happy that Amy has come out of this album doing things for herself and just becoming more comfortable with everything. It's pleasing to see an artist grow, and especially see them feel happy, and see the amazing journey through thier album. I like hearing bands grow, whether it's good or bad. Even if I don't end up feeling like The Open Door was something that grabbed me, I still appreciate what the band does and I never will compair thier album to fallen, as I believe that every album has it's own story and own feelings etc. Even if it's not something I want to listen to all the time, I still do appreciate that we are finally able to hear more of what Evanescence has to bring :]

P.s. I see some people pondering why other people don't like The Open Door. Well, um could it be that just maybe everyone has thier own tastes?
... not much effort required to figure it out.
