Heh...Evanescence-y style isn't for everyone, it's good you know when it was time to change it- I've been writing for ages, and I've only gotten...slightly good in the past year and a half. XD
I'm Jewish, I don't really incorporate that into my writing, but it's cool that you do, I'm sure it puts a whole new facet of style into your writing. ^^ I really liked these lyrics, too. 'Specially the first line.
