This thread is a good idea. I think it's silly to attempt to lose any weight in November and December. The post-Halloween Pre-Christmas holiday season is no time to be getting on a scale. Remembering to taste a little of everything and not go overboard is a good idea, but trying to lose weight with the constant temptations this time of year is almost impossible.

Wait until after the new year, and make GETTING HEALTHIER the resolution. Not losing weight, but being in better overall shape. The skinniest people can still be unhealthy in terms of the crap they put into their bodies.
