You should try those yoga exercises. It's one of the most effective and relaxing ways of keeping in shape.
Remember, a positive attitude can go a long way!
On the other hand, I'm still waiting for those Pilates DVD's, lol. But I took the stairs instead of the elevator today, w00t!
