i really dont have access to a scale. the last time i weighed myself i dont even know if the scale was any good ( it was my friend's)
so when i got weighed in august at the doctor they said i was 138. two months later i weighed myself at my friends and i was 143. eh
so my goal is 125 (which would be 3 pounds less than what i weighed right before senior year)
oh and im like 5 foot 4...maybe five four and a half.
my bmi used to in the end of the normal range but at 143 it might technically be in the overweight range which makes me feel kind errrr.
but yeah. i think posting this will actually motivate me to follow through with getting healthier for a change. like this break - time to hit the cardio. go running and play more ddr when the weather is too much to handle outside.
