pfft - like I can remember that far back. Whenever the fuck it leaked, you can bet Ben was responsible.
Also, someone saw him selling bootleg copies of it outside NRG studios. With him being homeless and living on the couch there, I guess he was just trying to get some money for some hookers and beers.
What's really sad, is he was trying to convince people he was still in the band and saying he personally autographed it.
