I actually admin my own vb forum, so if you know any members that have great personalities and tact, and are also generally CAPABLE, lol, that's key for vbulletin software. Because there's a technical side to vb. It took a few hair ripping experiences for me to start requiring my mods to demonstrate ability to use the software as well as benefit the community
