I suppose we'd better get back to the discussion on the album?? Was I the only one who was a bit peeved with two songs about how she hates being famous and the pressure of fans?? It annoys me in the same way as her hatred of MI annoys me, it seems to smack a bit of ego and ingratitude. I mean, that song is one of the reasons she's still around, and the fans love it. I sure as hell didn't pay for my ticket so that I could sing the song. She's only been singing that for a few years. I know bands that have been singing certain songs every concert for almost ten years, and even longer, and yet they don't say stuff like "If I have to sing this song 1,000 times, you guys better sing along" or make a fuss over a hit. I see other bands singing their older songs with real enthusiasm. It doesn't matter if she didn't write it, the fans love it, end of, IMO.
And back to those two songs.. I mean, even one would have been two much. Or she could have hidden it under a few metaphors, at the very least. I just felt the album was too self-centred to be honest.
