I played a little of Alliance as a Nelf Druid, from what I could take from that experience, the most of them are noobs. I've been to enough BG to know many of them twink. What pisses me off is that on my server (BlackDragonFlight), the Allies are boycotting AV because of a minor change that made it slightly harder for them to win. I can't stand that they complain about such things since they already had the upperhand in the beginning. So I guess Blizzard is complying to their protests.
In my opinion, Horde does not have the upperhand. They just don't complain. They learn how to deal with what they're given and they become more experienced that way. Horde players are definitely more determined. I don't doubt there are great Ally players out there, but I'm judging based on my own experience and the experience that other Horde players have shared with me. Hell, I know some Allies and even they agree with that.
