You need to tell your doctor about it ASAP, so that he/she can determine the best course of action for you. I was lucky, because it just so happened that when I wound up with a new primary physician, she specialized in eating disorders. My doctor actually found out that I had an eating disorder because she knew what to look for.

You definitely already know that you can't survive this on your own, and you can't change things on your own. You may even have to participate in an in- or out-patient program to help you overcome the issues that are triggering your obsession with body-image.

The best advice is to see a doctor (your doctor will most likley refer you to a specialist) and commit yourself to the course of action that they suggest. Good luck, and let us know how things go!
