The first thing you need to do is WANT to get better and get over your eating disorder. I'm inclined to believe that you want to since you're talking about it. It's commonly known that if you're deep in the disease and committed to it, you're not willing to share it with anyone, so to me, it seems like you really want help and you really want to get off this terrible path you're heading down.
But you have to convince yourself that you want to get better. If you don't want to get better, then you won't. Your mind has to get in the right place. Remind yourself how unappealing it would be to (as brainy suggested) wind up in a hospital strapped down with a feeding tube stuck in you, with hospital attendees controlling everything about your life for you. That SHOULD sound very unappealing, and it should, at the very least, motivate you to stop this disease before it progresses to that point.
You have to ask for help, you have to make this a priority, and you have to surrender yourself to a form of treatment. You need to do this for yourself to get better. Please get your parents to take you to a doctor, or get you signed up for a treatment center. You really need help and I hope that you want that help for yourself. Please get help. Professionals will help you overcome all of those thoughts that pressure you not to eat... you can get past it all. More importantly, treatment will be able to help your family as well. Remember that they don't know what it feels like and they don't understand what you're going through; they don't know how to deal with it, but professionals can help them learn how to help you also. You need to do this. We all want you to be okay, so PLEASE go see a doctor and get some kind of help.
