We recognize the history they have with this site and felt it was not right to remove them from staff even though they can't be around like they used to be.

i think this is a very good idea, it is a way to recognise the older members and the history of this place

im with julie on this people will be going crazy with suspicion and incorrect ideas.
promotions sounds like a good idea and a way to reward some of the really hard working people.
