OH.EM.GEE. Guys: UPDATE!

I totally learned how to solve the cube using the layer method! That's TWO ways. ::Feels amazing::

EDIT: I officially do find the corners method simpler for beginners, just because you have to learn less algorithms... and two of them are so easy to remember, it's disgusting. For the layer method, you need to learn six and you only need four in the corners method. I define an algorithm as being a set of moves that allow you to move on to a subsequent step without messing up the cube. There are lots of other "moves" you use, that I wouldn't consider algorithms because they're kind of common sense, in my opinion. But actual long moves like: U R U' L' U R' U' L, so I definitely think the corner method is easier, but it's still TOTALLY cool and fun knowing both! ::Runs around with her cube showing off to her dogs::
