I think that if you can't figure out how to use and function in the forum properly than maybe you shouldn't be on it at all? Honestly, I think that if you read the FAQ than you should be able to roam and post pretty well. Unfotrunately I didn't read the FAQ when I first came on and acted a bit stupid..

Maybe if you made it so that all new members are required to read the FAQ before they are able to post and pm, and then if they really need to, let them have a few pms before they become a regular?
