True, but she did have final say on everything. From her wardrobe to the angle used in the final photo, etc, she maintained complete control over the process (big surprise).

But really, the person who actually created the door deserves a lot of credit. it is clear looking at Amy's sketch there wasn't alot of detail along the door frame. The actual canvas artist added alot of information.
