I think it's REALLY WEIRD that the Obamas went to this guy's church, were married by him, had their children batised by him, and through ALL THAT TIME they had no inkling that he held such controversial views. I really think that if your pastor spewed that kind of hatred, you'd kind of stop going to the church and toting them as your mentor and close friend. I know lots of people don't agree with everything their pastor says/believes, but this guy is like way off base with his opinions. I just find it strange that Obama was in such good company with the guy for so long and had no idea, lol.

But it doesn't change the fact that people still hate Clinton... so will it hurt his chances? Maybe a little, but will it hurt him more than Clinton will be hurt being a Clinton? Probably not.

It actually seemed to me like Rev. Wright had a personal bone to pick with Obama which is why he pulled his little speech when he did. Whatever though... Obama's got support that just seems to come from any where, so I'm sure the guy's going to be fine. People love him.
