Here's the thing... this is just one more case of "Do we vote for someone simply because he's black, and turn a blind eye to everything else?"

We've already talked about Obama's admitted drug abuse, we've talked about his *wife's* hate speech and anti-white views... now we have Obama's mentor and minister bellowing all kinds of hatred, and we're supposed to turn a blind eye to it because "it would make history to have a black president!"... but at what cost?

It really cracks me up, too, becuase Mr. Wright is completely unapologetic about his views. I mean, the whole exchange boils down to:

Wright: white man = devil
Media: "Obama supporter calls the white man the devil"
Obama: No, no, no, you heard him wrong.. his comments were taken out of context... oh, and it's time for Change!
Democratic party: That's right... he couldn't have meant that! Look! We're running a black guy and a woman for President! That's cool!
Wright: No, you all heard me right the first time, white man = devil.
Obama/Dems: D'oh! *egg on face* Ummm... we don't know him, he's not with us.

The more I read, the more I honestly think that an Obama administration would be one of the most divisive and destructive in American history. This guy has no plan or platform except "change!", which is meaningless to me. There are a lot of things that would constitute "change"; for example throwing out the constitution would be a big change. Doesn't mean we should do it. Tell me something concrete other than "it's time for change." Then look at the company he keeps - biggots and racists. And if he does get elected, and starts pushing his afro-centric agenda to "level the playing field", which has historically meant doling out hand-outs to certain minorities, who do you think is going to foot the bill for these entitlement programs? Stand by for massive tax increases. The simple fact is, you *are* judged by the company you keep, and Obama hasn't been keeping very good company. But by all means, let's pretend otherwise because it would be nifty to have a black president.

It's a load of crap is what it is. I think we should demand more from a potential president. This guy shouldn't even be in the running, and if he weren't a well-spoken black man, he wouldn't be.
