Oh wow that is amazing.
The color scheme is beautiful, and all the little details involved are really interesting, such as the Ev symbol hanging from the tree, and the clouds, and the stars and the way some seem to blend into the white leaves.
When I noticed the person on the moon, I felt chills. More beautiful detail, and also with a heart balloon, just like the one left behind on earth.
This piece of art definitely captures not only the song well, but a feeling in general of losing a loved one (but still feeling attached to), and in everything together it's really hit my emotions.
