Hey guys, havnt been online for awhile, in this time tho ive been referred by my doctor to some clinic that told me if i wanted to see a councillor i have to wait 9-12 months and then itd be for 8 weeks. This seems a ridiculous amount of time. I stopped taking the antidepressants as they were fucking my head up beyond belief and ive felt better since not taking them but now im just so stuck it just seems like no one will help me or do anything at all or there isnt anything to do no one will give me a straight answer and i dont know how to find out. Its seeming more and more like there isnt any help out there so im not going to be able to get better ever I dont understand why im being made to live with this when ive tried to get help.
