Ours are like that too. Just about five or six years ago, they changed it so that if you are under 21, your license is vertical and it's red. (And it has this stupid Don't Drink And Drive hologram watermark bullshit on it, in addition to all the crap you listed.) I'm excited to get a normal horizontal license when I turn 21.
Temp licenses are brown (and vertical, only if you're under 21 though). State IDs are dark green. XD
But yeah... aside from MY random ID outburst... I think it's shit that this board is so dead. BULL.SHIT.LAME. That's what it is. /Bored
