Not like we had high expectations for this year, anyways. But, I guess it could be worse. We could be the Lions... or the Raiders.

Thank God for the Sabres. The only Buffalo team which has management that seems to understand the game they are playing. But, it is only 3 games in. Only 79 more to go....

Unbelievable how they made the Cowboys/Eagles game feel like the freakin' Super Bowl when none of those teams will probably make it.

Jets lost 41-0 to the Jags after giving one hell of a go to the Colts the week before. That shit was pretty funny when they played lateral ball for like a whole minute.

Yeah that was pretty funny it always goes wrong when the offensive lineman has the ball.

Anyway I'm just stunned by the Chicago Bears dominance i mean they're just kicking some ass. I know they have a great defense but rex grossman is looking good there recievers are looking good everything is looking good for them. They clobbered seattle last week now buffalo i know the bills aren't that good but still 40-7 wow! 37-6 last week over seattle wow!

Da Bears FTFW!

My immediate family is going nuts over the Bears right now. We've been fans our entire lives *points to location* and we never expected them to be so phenominal this season. They're 5-0 for the first time since 86' and look like the best team in the NFL at the moment. I'm so happy right now.

They definitely could go all the way this year. Hell, they got pretty far even with Kyle Orton, who was one of the worst quarterbacks in the league. Now that they've got the offense...you know what they say...the best defense is a good offense.

And the defensive line is doing one heck of a good job. I read a few articles in the newspaper this morning about how the defense was going to have to step up against the Bills running back. By the time half-time rolled around I was staring in disbelief at my TV going "what running game?"

The Bills were just slaughtered joining the Packers, Lions, and the Seahawks. The only close game we've had all season was against the Vikings, but they don't pose much of a threat.

You know looking at the bears upcoming schedule they really don't have a tough game until Nov.26 at New England. I mean they play the cardinals next week, then a bye, then the 49ers, then the dolphins, then the giants, then the jets and then the patriots they could be 10-0 by the time they play the patriots!

Or the Cardinals. They still suck. Everybody was saying that Dennis Green had instantly put together a playoff team this year by going out and getting Edgerrin James in the offseason from the Colts. Well, the team is 1-4 through 5 games, and that win win was by a touchdown in Week 1 against the 49ers, who aren't supposed to be any good. The Cardinals still remain the NFL's laughingstock and will be for many more years because that management can't put together any good team no matter how hard they try. They can't rely on Matt Leinart to turn things around this season because he is only a rookie. Sure, he is a lot better than Kurt Warner ever was, but, let's face it, at this point in the season, it is a lttle late to think a rookie QB can lead your team to the postseason. James has even been terrible this year because that offensive line is still an absolute nightmare. The state of Arizona still has nothing to look forward to when football season rolls around every year, because you always want to run away and hide in a corner when a Cardinals game is on.

Oh well. At least my Panthers have won three straight games to climb above the .500 mark at 3-2 after dropping the first two games of the season, but they should still be much better than the record indicates because they were projected as a Super Bowl contender in the NFC this season.

I think that will last long if Ben Roethlisberger doesn't start playing better here soon. You know, I think that motorcycle accident really screwed up his judgement and his coordination because he just hasn't looked right for the entire season. He has to be the reason to blame for the Steelers bad record because the team as a whole did not lose many weapons from last season.
