um..well, in BC there is no legal age to have sex...but there are protective laws so that older males or females aren't grooving with minors.
(but if you're 12 years old and you want to get it on then that's just fucking sick...)

anyway, in BC or Maybe all of Canada, when you're 14 you are legal to be married WITH parental consent of both sets of parents.
otherwise you're legal to marry at age 18
