I am taking an Italian-American lit class and we just finished "The Fortunate Pilgrim" (Mario Puzo pre-Godfather) and was surprised at how much I liked it.
For fun though, I am reading (for at least the 20th time because the stories are so good) Pastoralia by George Saunders. So twisted and humorous at the same time.
