Thank you so much Luna, this was all very helpful. I've been having trouble with spyware and adware recently, and Ad-aware just didn't do it. I have lots of new stuff to check out now! I just got a laptop and I've been extremely careful with it - I don't want it going to crap like this desktop computer. :\
