a pair of identical twins were drinking from poisoned drinks. both drinks contained the same deadly poison. one twin drank his drink slow and the other took his time. yet only one twin died from the poison and the other did not.

does that qualify?

the answer is in this riddle plain as day but yet no one has attempted to answer it.
