I'm guessing the answer is
fill the bottle with water, but blowing into the bottle wouldn't work, and using your fingers would be too obvious.

I think you described this wrong, because when you say 'poisoned drinks', that would make them deadly if drunk, whereas if the answer is that the ice cubes are poisoned, then the drinks are not. I suppose the fact that it had ice cubes in would be okay, but it'd be a better riddle if you dropped a hint in there, like 'on the rocks' or something. But also, it would be better if you didn't use the words 'poisoned drinks' since one of them isn't.
Also, you said 'one twin drank his slow and the other took his time'. I think you mean 'one twin drank his fast...']
