Dungeons and Dragons is a role-playing game, or an RPG, which is very detailed and lots of fun. You make up your own character and the DM, or dugeon master, is basically the person who makes up where your playing (like he can make an island your traveling in or use one from a book, ect.), what your goal is, and what happens along the way...the DM is basically god in the game. Then your characters can grow into new levels where they gain new abilities. Basically it is a very complicated, yet interesting game.
