My favorite author is William Gibson. (see sig)


I've posted about him a bunch of times here before. Lemme recap ...

He invented the word "Cyberspace", and forsaw the internet.
He's considered a forefather of much of what is common in Scifi today (The Matrix, etc.)
I collect hardback copies of his books, some in 1st editions.
I got to meet him at a signing about 2 years ago, and he signed my copies of "Pattern Recognition" and "Burning Chrome" (which is very rare in hardback).


Oh yeah ... I'm a big scifi geek.
