Sorry, I think the way you worded it made me misunderstand what you actually meant.

When you said "I think that's a huge problem with a lot of the writers here" I took it as the writers in this group, rather than the board as a whole. And when you said "It can make it a lot better, I promise." I thought you'd read the entries and thought they were weak pieces of writing.
