Imagine a beautiful place full of nature, of calm, peace. Pretend to walk through it, among the butterfly flowers on either side of you. Think of how, no matter how sad and lost you felt moments ago, you feel so peaceful and safe now. Almost enough to move you to tears.
Now open your eyes and look at the world you know. Feel the dismay as you longingly remember the place you imagined.
Now imagine that there is more to the everyday life that you see. Imagine that the place you went to in your dreams is really the beauty behind everything you see now, the true reality underneath a horrid mask.
Look for the beauty inside. The soul that lies inside what you see.
Heaven.
Not above us, out of reach.
But right here.
On the other side.
If you look deep enough, you can see it.
Some never see it.
Some always have.
I have always walked among the butterfly flowers, always felt it there, a place that calms my nerves, such a peaceful dreamland.
I have always walked among the butterfly flowers, but I've never really seen it...I've never really seen the true beauty in everything...
