But the whole thing about it not "hooking" the audience..Amy has made it clear that she writes music for herself, and not to please others. Sure, that's part of her job now, but as an artist, you can't guarantee everybody's going to love it. I agree that it's important for the first single to be something that really touches a lot of people and it's a shame that it doesn't for a lot of you. Honestly, my type of song is more like the Lacrymosa style. But I will just keep an open mind when hearing this song, and not expect to hear the same thing I've heard from Ev before.
