Reports have finally been released as to the real reason why Evanescence c-founder and songwriter left the band shortly after their success peaked. Sources close to Moody claim that the relationship with lead singer and cold controlling siren Amy Lee had gotten too intense, and that Ben was afraid of letting the relationship get in the way of the super rockstar fame that the band had acheived in short time.

Also included in some reports, Lee was allegedly found to be pregnant with Moody's lovechild. Further confirmation has yet to be determined. SOurces claim that Moody reached a breaking point when he was in the band's tourbus bathroom, he noticed a used pregnancy test in the trash can. It read positive. Reports claim that is when Ben made the decision to part ways with the band.
