It's a possibility, but I doubt it. If you listen carefully, you can hear the accordian (or whatever that thing is) make 3 seperated notes, just at the same time as the duck. I think the duck was meant to be there, because it would sound awkward sans-duck. (I mean, the random notes with nothing else....?)
