No, it just affected their posts. As far as account, they didn't lose that if they joined prior to the jan/june 05 server wipe.

Well then if it only affected post count (and everyone's post count was affected beside the noobs at that time), then why are you and Mel saying your join dates are incorrect because of the server wipe?

Uhm we joined before the server wipe that affected the timeperiod between Jan and June of 2005. We both joined in 2005, but not initially JUNE of 2005. We had to create new accounts after the server wipe.

the only affects that people saw that had joined before 2005 were losing the posts they made between Jan and June 2005.

Everyone that joined between Jan and June 2005 lost everything and had to start fresh. Which was the case of Melanie and I. and many many others.

Karen and I both joined between the dates of January and June of 05. In my case, I joined Feb 1st. My account, all posts, and all rep points were lost. I had to re-register and was basically a n00b all over again.

exactly, and it sucked having to go through the mod que again once I had worked my way out of it the first time. I think I joined around April or so of 2005, I'm not for sure on the date. I just know that Melanie was the first to welcome me.

That's why I posted this, but after Karen made the post comment, I assumed I was incorrect. Either way, it wouldn't have affected ~river~ and all this server wipe talk is making me nostalgic.
