Amy, i was wondering

i was wondering how you got through peoples death.i only know of one death that youve been through and im very sorry but how did you get through it.i just lost half of my family a couple weeks ago and i lost a lot of my friends.and its really hard to handle. so please if you could just like tell me how you got through it i would really really appreciate it.thanks.bye

I read an interview given by the fans and a presenter on a tv show in the states, and amy was asked the exact question and she said that writing music, and playing her piano/singing, got her through all of it and being surrounded by a supportive circle of people, she also said that believing that she could get through the pain helped.

her advice to this fan who asked this was find something that you can that can be your therapy to get through it, and for amy that was music.

Everyones suggestions were great....I guess for some pot does work? hehe. But I know when I have losses like that or go through hard times, I either play my piano til my fingers hurt, listen to some Evanescence, write poetry/songs/stories or talk to people. Its different for everyone, during times like these I say to get lost in things. Take a break from reality, read a good book, and take a chance to breathe. I'm sorry for your losses because I know how it feels to lose someone you care about.

im very sorry for you. i think everyone gets through the death of a loved one in their own way...i, after my grandma died, bottled all my feelings inside...which isant very healthy, but when i couldnt handle it anymore i wrote down all my feelings in my diary...and got it all out, i did get depressed for a long time.

So sorry about that. Believe that you can go on your life. Music can be of great help. Try to express your pain some way: singing, playing, writing, talking, painting... And be in touch with your friends, they will help you. Don't stay alone. You're not.
