at least Amy forces herself to sing but sharon just goes and gets water.

this is also at the beggining of the concert while Amy's voice only deteriated towards the end.

go and find me one women in rock that hasnt lost her voice with the amount of performances amy does and with the same power amy uses.

Ok since when has this thread had anything to do with Sharon? And for the record, she did the smart thing. Forcing her voice out of her like Amy does is just going to damage it. Amy should have called it quits half way through Lacrymosa, apologised to the fans and offered them some cashback for the show.

I think the point is that Amy doesn't take care of her voice, she never has and obviously never will. Drinking excessively, smoking and her diet are all contributing to her deterioration and she clearly does not care.

As far as this particular performance, this was one of the worst i've seen, not the worst but her good days vocally are a lot harder to come by than the bad ones. Her performance is always 40/60. (As in 40% of the time she's decent/good, 60% there's usually some malfunction, with tone, her voice in general or some other fuck up.)

Agreed. Plus, the fact she did an encore probably doesn't help either. Yes, alot of people lose their voices when they're in the music business, but Amy doesn't take care of hers. It's obvious.

And why is it you ALWAYS bring Sharon up when anyone discusses Amy's voice? They're. Two. Different. People.

If anyone has been watching any vids of the band performing on the Family Values Tour Amy sounds great. Shes had quite a few performances that aren't up to scratch in the past but so far so good atm.
