I write fanfics. I used to write a lot of original stuff but I eventually got bored with that and started to write fanfics instead. What do I write about? My avatar is a hint.

I just started writing fanfiction today, but Fanfiction.net doesn't allow me to put this type of fanfiction up. No, it's not bad or anything. They just don't allow... band fanfiction for some reason.. so does anyone know where else I can put this story up when I'm done with it?

www.fandomination.net I believe has a section for band fics.

This isn't directed at you personally, but I really don't like fics based on real people, i.e. bands, celebrities. However, I hope you have good feedback on your stories

I think it's good that you're using your creative abilities.

Yeah, but it's a start. I'll definately move on to other things after this one, like real books/movies/etc. This is just a weird crazy phase I'm going through right now. *reps for giving link*

Hmm... this is a post I can relate to.

Okay, I'm obsessed with fanfiction! (Darn, I should have put that in the obsession thread...) I love writing and reading them. The only thing is that I go absolutely crazy brainstorming ideas, I start a bunch of stories at once and then get all confused and forget what the plot for my original story was.

I'm in the middle of three fics right now, all romances, of course! I write Harry Potter ones, mostly. I wrote a Mysterious Ways fanfic once, but the last update in that column was four months ago, so I decided not to post it. Anyway, if anyone else writes Harry Potter fanfiction, preferably romances, I'd love to take a look at them!

i'm a ficker for Smallville. i just find the whole science-fiction storyline pretty easy to write. i haven't posted any of it anywhere and i probably won't, but maybe i'll post an excerpt or two on here sometime.

The only fanfics I've ever written were a couple of lame-ass Harry Potter ones when I was really young.
