Just an addition, I think there are 2 more rep dots: black and white. Black is rep turned off and white is, well, I don't know that yet. I'm sure you can figure it out for us! PS thanks that needed!

I think it's really helpful so it has gone to my sig.

What I would add is a reference at the Search Button and maybe a short guide. It would do the post more complete for a noob, or anyone to read.
