how do i add a moving picture to my avatar or signature...cuz when i try, it doesnt move, its just a still.

You have to make sure that the file is smaller than 100 pixels or 48.8 KB, because if the file is too large, it will only show up as a single frame. For example, my current avatar is animated, and it is 47.8 KB. If the file size had been 48.9, it would freeze.

Is it 48.8 KB or less? What are you trying to upload, and how? I'll upload it for you.
