I'd like to see Twilight by Stephenie Meyers turned into a movie. It'd be amazing.

David Icke's Children of the Matrix should totally be made into a movie someday. I bet it would be something like the 'V' television series of the 1980's which I've heard of but never seen.

Anyhow, the premise of it all is that reptilian aliens disguised as humans control affairs on planet Earth. (See my 'location' thingy...lol)

Anything by Patricia Cornwell or Linda Fairstein-both brilliant writers.

Put me down as Lucy in any PC movie!

For me "Daughter Of The Fortune" by Isabel Allende and it's sequel "Portrait in Sephia" really good books.
and by the same writer i hope that "City Of The Beats" will do a very good movie, and be possible that they made it's sequels.

Does anyone know if a version of Lady Chatterley's Lover has been made into a film? I thought that mightn't be a bad movie idea, even if the book was rather boring.

The Traveller by John Twelve Hawks

(Carrie Anne Moss would HAVE to play Maya - and David Carradine would HAVE to play her father.)

Haha wow, I was just opening this thread to post that too
It would make such an awesome movie.
And nice ideas about casting

I'd heard that there was a movie being planned but I have no idea what the status on that is

Another book I read recently that would be an awesome movie is Seven Ancient Wonders by Matthew Reilly.
It's very Indiana Jones, with a group of archaeologists solving riddles and uncovering the wonders of the ancient world. The descriptions of all the locations seem really incredible and the book actually has diagrams to show you how they'd look. It'd be pretty epic to see on screen

There are many books, I would like to see as a movie. For example the last book I read: False Memories by Dean Koontz. It's a fantastic thriller and I'm sure a film would be very intresting, because I love thrillers.
