Breaking Bad [TV]

I was seriously weirded out that I could find no thread for one of the best shows that have ever existed. Are there any other viewers? If not, go watch it. I believe the first 4 seasons are available for streaming on Netflix.

Anyway, last night's episode seriously disturbed me. Well, there are quite a few disturbing moments in this show that make my hair want to stand on end, but I think the ending of the latest episode was the top for me. I mean, I did NOT see that coming, and was a little shocked they had the ballz to show that on mainstream TV (not that they're not allowed to...just that no one ever does it).

Ignore me if you have no idea what I'm talking about, I just needed to express somewhere. :)

I was seriously very hesitant about this show. Everyone kept saying how good it was, so at first I kind of hated it, even without watching it, for the sole reason that it was in my face every single day.
A few months ago I decided to give it a try though, mainly for the reason that Aaron Paul was in it, I loved that guy since I saw him in KoRn's video for Thoughtless but I couldn't get myself to watch him in the show because of all of the above.
And I have to say I pretty much love it now

I've only seen the first season, and the first episode of S02, but I'll definitely continue. I love the characters, and it's just entertaining to watch them get into these situations and get out of them. It's an extremely well written and well done show, and I'm glad I gave it a chance, because it's pretty much awesome. Next time I'll believe what people say ^^ or at least not dismiss it at the very beginning.

Awesome, glad you gave it a chance! Most people I know who love it got hooked by the first couple episodes, but I always say to at least give the first season a chance - not much to lose, it's only 7 episodes after all, lol. This show definitely shows off the best-written character development I've ever seen in a show. I'll be super sad when it's done.

season 4 was my fav season, but season 5 has been pretty good, we'll see how it ends

I can't even choose a favorite, I've enjoyed them all. Perhaps when the whole series is over and I watch it again, I'll be able to choose. This latest one sure has been creeping me out the most as far as character progression goes, though.
