I don't think it would happen because of the grunts... . No, really. I know many bands that use grunts in almost all of their songs, but the singles are the ones that don't have them.
Take for example Epica with the last CD. Only 3 songs (with the excepion of Adyta) don't have grunts, and precisely 2 of 3 were singles. Interesting, taking into account that Cry For The Moon is in my opinion the song that everybody likes, and one of the best of the CD.
Oh well...

Dark Royalty will become famous soon enough
the new album, consign to Oblivion, is even better. Solitary Ground, their new single, is played near the end of the movie Batman begins, though itīs not part of the official soundtrack.

WHAT! You serious? When was it played, because I saw that movie and I definately did NOT hear that! (otherwise I would have gone crazy in the theatres )

actually itīs played twice:
first when "batman", still a child, wakes up beside his father after having fallen inside the trap full of bats
second time near the end, when batman kisses katie holmes and they walk through the debris of his mansion.
but itīs only the beginning of Solitary Ground thatīs played, you donīt even listen to Simoneīs voice.

I'm still very surprise I missed it, I shoulda recognised that anywhere, even without the vocals.

Mind you I was probably concentrating more on katie holmes more than the music

EDIT: are you sure it was on the movie? I can't find anything about it ANYWHERE. This is always the tracklisting I find:

1. Vespertilio 2:52
2. Eptesicus 4:20
3. Myotis 5:46
4. Barbastella 4:45
5. Artibeus 4:19
6. Tadarida 5:05
7. Macrotus 7:35
8. Antrozous 3:59
9. Nycteris 4:25
10. Molossus 4:49
11. Corynorhinus 5:04
12. Lasiurus 7:27

A soundtrack by Epica

Scheduled release date: 8 September

Anyone else looking forward to this? I don't think it will be as good as their normal stuff, but I'm interested to see what sort of film score they can produce. Might be fun!

I'm not very interested in it either.. I'll wait and read the comments about it, and then I'll think about buying it/downloading it, lol.
