Favorite author? - EvBoard

Hey guys. I searched but did not find anything so here goes.
Who is your favorite author/authors and what types of books do you enjoy reading? I basically read books from a bunch of different authors (mostly horror writers though) I guess I don't have a lot of time for reading but when I do Stephen King and Richard Laymon are my first choices.~Silvermist~

i like many more too. i have a hard time picking just one of anything and it's even harder for books with me because i'm a readertard.

I like to read vampire and fantasy books. horror mostly. my favorite authors are anne rice, bram stoker, and when i was younger i always enjoyed C.S. Lewis. and louis sachar.

My favorite authors would be Stephen King and Jane Yolen...I tend to read more biographies...and essay books. I have a lot of free time.

R.A. Salvatore, James Paterson, Robert Jordan, Margaret Weis, Tracy Hickman, David Eddings, Raymond E. Feist, Michael Stackpole, Clive Cussler, Jack Higgins... hmmm... i guess i have a few... oh well, i like to read...
