graphics were never good on psx. n64 beat psx in graphics in my opinion (but to many psx fanboys brainwashed everyone which is kinda of sad since psx and ps2 arent that great of a console) ... the only game that had good graphics on psx was chrono cross. |

I think Ps2's are good.. although I don't own one of my own and need to use my partner's. I think they're quite good, I'm considering getting one of my own, as I like the fact that you can play psx games on them. I "borrowed" and "forgot" to give my ex his N64 back after I we split, and do enjoy playing Zelda on it. I must admit that the graphics in Zelda are probably better than FF7, but the plotline is a lot simpler..
I just can't stand the save points. They annoy me. |

Well, Zelda was a action RPG, so it was basically as it seems, an action game with role playing tendencies.
![]() The original PSX was pretty iffy in the 3-D department. The N64 was better at it, though the only real problem was the limited space and the blurry textures. :/ Also, Chrono Cross is definately one of my favorites games ever, right behind Xenogears(best story EVER!!!) |

I loooooove Animal Crossing. It's so cute and addictive. Seriously you will keep playing and playing b/c you want to see each day what new thing has happened b/c it follows a real time schedule pretty much based on what you put into the gamecube as your time and date. and you get things on holidays and there are special event days and all sorts of stuff.hehe

The last time I played one of these games was back in the early 90's with Final Fantasy II or III (for the Super NES). I'm pretty much out of the loop on this series.

I completely recommend a Wave Bird, they are the greatest controllers ever. It runs off of radio waves rather than infrared waves so the wave bird will work thru walls and across the house. The battery life is decent too, maybe about 10-20 hours on 2 AA batteries. If you can find it anywhere, get Eternal Darkness. That game will fuck with you man. Like, you will be sitting there and your sanity meter will be kinda low, then all of a sudden, the Gamecube will bluescreen like an old PC, then it will flash and your character will be screaming "ITS NOT REALLY HAPPENING......" Its a really damn cool game. Metroid Prime is fucking awesome also. My copy is fucked, so I may go get a new copy sometime soon. It wouldn't hurt too much cause it's down to 30 bucks now. |
