Ok yeah that's my rant of the evening, I'll shut up now.
Balamb Garden is awesome though, even though it lacked evil... if I could go to school there, oh I would.

There's rumors that FF12 is gonna be one of the more darker additions to the series. I'm looking forward to it. The characters though... Vaan better put on a shirt, he's scaring away the customers. The male ones anyway.

I don't get that. It surprised me how quick I took out Ruby, but I'm still working on Emerald to this day . (Don't listen when people say, "Oh no, don't cast knights of the round on Ruby, it'll cast Ultima!" Puh. Ultima.)

I eventually annihilated ol' Ruby with the strategy where you sacrifice one of your party members. Sometimes, I luck out completely with boss fights, other times... no. Taking out Emerald had to be lucky, I didn't even know what I was doing the first time around.

In other FF news, Final Fantasy III is being released for the first time ever in North America on the GBA (or DS, one or the other...). I'm kinda looking forward to that. Final Fantasy I and II have been re-released as well on the GBA as "Final Fantasy: Dawn of Souls" with some new gaming material exclusive to the GBA version. Kinda pisses me off that I bought FF Origins just last year.

Nah, Origins pissed me off. Not the games themselves, they're classics, just that my copy apparently isn't a happy one, and FFII freezes at the same damn place every damn time.

The only thing I really liked about FFX story-wise was Yuna's story. How she was willing to give up everything, even when she met Tidus and started having second thoughts, but still kept going. I think she is one of the stronger FF characters.

Well, thats what ppl get for buying stuff early.

Like that VideoNow- i mean, who DIDNT see that coming out months later as a COLOR version? For real. No offense if you didn't, but...just think about it. Look at what technology we have today- and look at the black and white version of VideoNow. You should just have seen the color one coming.

It figures they'd release it eventually on GBA. They already have on Wonderswan, i beleive.

Anywho, i still enjoy Final Fantasy 4 and 6. I think FF got old after 7... =| 7 was good, but...8 and 9 were just unnecessary. 10 was a good way to show off their capabilities on the PS2. FFX-2 is Charlie's Angels, and about as good.

I miss it where Final Fantasy games used to be about story and not how well animated this or that girl's underwear or this man's body is drawn. Which is why im still a fan of Final Fantasy 4 and 6. 5 is okay.
