That's right! Flyleaf will be performing on the Jimmy Kimmel show on Monday, June 19th on ABC! Set your VCR's and tune in!

I am hoping so too! I cannot wait to get official word about it! My last Flyleaf concert was a complete horrid disaster and I really want a chance to have a good happy memory of seeing them in concert!!

I know, I wonder when the dates will be announced. I'm just going to assume it'll be at SPAC because they said Saratoga and not Albany.

That really sucks you had a bad time. Why was it horrible? Where/when did you see them?

Well I saw them April 14, 2006 at Saratoga Winners in Latham. I will admit to not going to a ton of small venue events like this was but it was $8 a ticket and I couldn't pass it up. My brother, hubby, and I went there and stood through 3 other bands and my feet were killing me but I was so excited that Flyleaf was next.

A song or two into their set (eventhough I thought I was in a safeish place off to the side) crowd surfing began and before I knew it this large guy fell right on top of me. Crushing me into a bowing position with most of his weight landing on the back of my head, neck and upper shoulders. I was in so much pain and my hubby pulled the guy off of me and I pushed through the crowd and rain out to my car before I collapsed. My head was killing me and I was crying hysterically. My brother and hubby were running after me and we had to leave.

I was crushed to have to be hurt and missed the band I had waited all night for. Plus it was a few weeks before I could listen to the album again because hearing it brought back painful and sad memories.

But I have decided "to believe in futures" and I am hoping that if they come to SPAC then I can have a seat and enjoy it injury free. All these weeks later I am still having pain and going to physical therapy to help my neck heal properly. They have helped alot....I hope to be feeling myself and healthy again soon!!
