I'm glad you guys enjoyed it.

I read the other thread of Chris's in W&C... sounds like a good night. Miles, Jamie, and I went to a show a while back, and the account of that is posted here. I probably should have put it in here too. I'm glad to see people enjoying their music and having good experiences in general

ahhhh i love love love it...sadly im only now for the first time listening to them. her voice is great. i love sorrow i havent stopped listening to it for awhile its just GREAT!!! yeah i just did the tony the tiger great but whatev its good

uhhhhhhhhhhh, that's news to me. . .maybe not a Christian band per se' but the members are DEFINITELY Christian.

The important thing to me however is that they're not the type to push their religion on you. That's definitely the impression I got by hanging out with them a few times.

True enough, but at the same time they're not at all ashamed of their faith either (which earns em HUGE points in my book)

Yeah...so did we. We got to meet them for a few seconds after the show tonight, and they seemed really cool...

I agree. It's near impossible to find a group of people who are all around as nice and cool as they are, regardless of faith differences, or anything else.

I was under the impression that they are a Christian band. There's a Christian rock/alternative radio station in my city that only plays Christian bands and they play Flyleaf.

But it shouldn't matter if they're Christian or not, just as long as you like the music. And what do you mean by "don't ask"? Just wondering.

This is playing out just like Ev in the beginning. Confusion about the christian band thing with the stores they're in, stations they're on, etc. It's just a non-issue really... they make their music and it's out there for what it is. The band has personally told me in a conversation (which they don't mind everyone else knowing) that they're definitely not trying to be marketed as a "christian band", the same way ev was. I think it's an issue worth ignoring

That might defeat the purpose of not asking

Just came back from the show about an hour ago. I got to talk to quite a few people in the Flyleaf camp. I got to talk to them and stuff. They are REALLY REALLY nice people. EXTREMELY humble and down to earth. I wish them all the best. I wish I had pictures but DO have this.
