Breathe Today was a single off of the Flyleaf EP. They made the video to promote the EP while they were working on the album as far as I know.

Flyleaf was supposed to come to St. Louis, but they moved to Moline, Illinois, wherever that is. =( I was really sad, but I guess I'll just have to wait until they come back next time!

Yeah, lots of bands do that. Two bands, of whom I'm friends with, made incomplete videos just to be promotional teasers. Since one of them ended up getting signed and featured on The Hills have Eyes soundtrack, I'd say it worked.

With guitarist Jared visibly absent at tonight's (Aug 19) Family Values stop in Devore, CA, Flyleaf got a little help from their friends; MySpace Friends. Flyleaf was joined onstage by a female fan that sent them a video of herself playing 'Breathe Today' on guitar. The band liked her rendition so much they invited her on stage to fill in for an ailing Jared. Stone Sour guitarist, Josh Rand, who was celebrating his birthday, filled in on guitars for the song 'Fully Alive.' Jim Root (Slipknot, Stone Sour) filled in later on a song also. The rest of the songs were played by the bands guitar tech.
