Grinspoon

Grinspoon are the coolest band to ever come from Australia (hailing from Lismore, N.S.W) They are a mix of Heavy-metal/ rock with hidden ballads. Their fourth album "Thrills, Kills + Sunday Pills" has just been released in Australia and both "Hard Act To Follow" and most recently "Better Off Alone" have been released. Though it's more plain rock then metal, it's still one of the coolest CD's ever. Anyhow, has anyone on the board heard of Grinspoon and if so what are your thoughts on them? I love them and my favourite songs of theirs (and the ones I advise you to listen to if you want to find out who they are) are "Chemical Heart", "Make It Happen
" and "Lost Control" on their CD New Dention and "Hard Act To Follow", "Better Off Alone and "Bleed You Dry" from their newie Thrills, Kills + Sunday Pills. These guys are my favourite band (not just because I am a Aussie) and I advise you to give em' a try.

is that the band that played live at the opening for the rugby finals this yeah a few weeks ago? i think it as grinspoon

Yeah that was Grinspoon. I was there. I know they're awesome live, that's why I can't wait till Homebake to see them again. Phil is bloody hot!
